Love the latest piece- I subscribe to ImagineFX so I'm looking forward to seeing that!
I was wondering, this may come out weird because I am not totally sure how to explain but, how do you achieve that 'tied in' look? Is it purely color palette? Your new painting looks matte, i.e. not glossy. Is it your grays? I really am trying to figure out how this look is achieved and I cannot puzzle it out on my own -- any help you can give me would be much appreciated
Your work is awesome, fantastic world of cgcharacters, It've encourage me to make characters. Sometimes I wonder why I'm working in 3d if what I need is achieve the same that you've done better in less time with a 2d package. You make me feel stupid cause I think you are in the right way
Your last image on the portfolio is amazing as the others, love her.
For someone super critical of their work, you keep at it and do more. What I like more than anything is how every piece is a story and world in itself. I would love to write a short story to one of your works, and maybe perhaps work on a project together. All in all, love your work and it's really inspiring. Even the stuff you think is a bit crazy. Peace
Hi Marc.
I read your interview in 2dartist , and it´s real interesting. Awesome art, dude! Your paintings are real cool.
The characters are simply amazing.
Marc thanks for the inspiration. You are truly one of my favorite digital artists, I think one reason is that you possess humility. Congrats on the award and I agree with what you said in 2dartist magazine, that is, I too love paintings that cause the viewer to wonder about the story behind them. Hope all is well in Canada and that the deadlines don't keep you from having some fun. Late Nate (Nwagz)
Havent posted any comments on here until I saw your work man, amazing. You sure got some talent and Im sure your gonna get your ubisoft job sooner or later! Keep it up Marc!
